Below you will find some photos of one of our latest projects. It is a home located in Sunset Hills, Missouri. The entire house has been remodeled in two phase. The front half of the house was phase one and an addition across the entire rear was phase 2.

Home Remodeling Phase One

The first phase included a bump out of the existing dining room, foyer and library. We added on the two of the existing four bedrooms and added an awesome two story stone turret to a third existing bedroom. A stone wainscot was added to the entire front elevation making the house seem longer.

Home Remodeling Phase Two

The second phase added a stunning new kitchen and a homey kitchen eating room with full two story vaulted ceilings. We remolded the existing family room turning it into a warm siting room with an existing fireplace and new mantle. We added a wine bar and stained wood wainscot with picture framed raised panels transforming the existing family room into a very cozy sitting room.

We added a new large family room with a new gas fireplace, wood stained mantel, stained crown and coffer-ed ceiling. The center piece of the house is a new stair case from the basement to the second floor with stained treads and painted risers and picture framed painted panels flowing up from the first floor to the second floor. A rear stair was added from the landing into the new kitchen.
